- Ready to Ship phone models are dispatched within 1–2 business days after purchase.
- Made to Order: Made-to-order cases generally require 2–4 weeks before shipment, depending on the design, phone model, and current material availability.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
For U.S. orders, applicable import duties and customs fees are calculated and paid at checkout. These charges are shown separately from the shipping fee. You will not be asked to pay additional import duties or customs fees upon delivery.

Care Guide
Every MochiLab piece is handmade with cream glue and carefully crafted for everyday use.
For the best experience, we recommend allowing your phone case to rest for 3–4 days after delivery before using it regularly.
Once fully cured, cream glue becomes firm and durable for normal everyday use.
- If needed, gently wipe the surface with a soft cloth or rinse it with clean water.
- Avoid soaking your phone case in water for extended periods.
- Just in case, Momo includes a small repair adhesive with every order, so you can easily reattach a decorative charm if it ever becomes loose after long-term use.

Every MochiLab piece is handmade especially for you. Because of this, all sales are final.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, they enter production or fulfillment and can no longer be cancelled.
