Every MochiLab order ships from British Columbia, Canada.

• Ready to Ship phone models are dispatched within 1–2 business days after purchase.
  
• Made to Order: When everything is available, your case can usually ship within 2 weeks. If a phone case base or an important design component needs to be sourced, please allow up to 4 weeks before shipment. Designs featuring separately sourced collectible figures may require 4–6 weeks, as noted on the individual product page.

For U.S. orders, any applicable import duties and customs fees are included in the shipping charge shown and paid at checkout. You will not be asked to pay any additional import duties or customs fees when your order is delivered.

Every MochiLab piece is handmade with cream glue and carefully crafted for everyday use.

For the best experience, we recommend allowing your phone case to rest for 3–4 days after delivery before using it regularly.

Once fully cured, cream glue becomes firm and durable for normal everyday use.

• If needed, gently wipe the surface with a soft cloth or rinse it with clean water.
• Avoid soaking your phone case in water for extended periods.
• Just in case, Momo includes a small repair adhesive with every order, so you can easily reattach a decorative charm if it ever becomes loose after long-term use.

Every MochiLab piece is handmade especially for you. Because of this, all sales are final.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, they enter production or fulfillment and can no longer be cancelled.
