We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery times can be viewed at checkout.
Can you make a case for any phone model?
Yes! We can make cases for any phone model.
How long will my order take?
Our production time is approximately 2–6 weeks, depending on the phone model and design. Shipping time is not included.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production may have started and the order can no longer be cancelled.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges or issue refunds unless there is a confirmed quality issue. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we can review it.
Can I cancel my order?
All sales are final, but orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After the 24-hour cancellation period, cancellations are not accepted because production may have begun or materials may already have been ordered specifically for your case.
