How Ordering Works

Step 1: Choose Your Design

Browse the collection and choose a design you love. Open the product page to view the available phone models and ordering options.

Step 2: Check the Phone Models

Ready to Ship

Open the Phone Models menu. If your model is listed, the case is already made for that phone. Select your model and click Add to cart.

Ready-to-ship orders usually ship within 1–2 business days.

Step 3: Select Made to Order

If your phone model isn’t listed, select Other Phone Model (Made to Order).

Step 4: Enter Your Exact Phone Model

Enter the complete model name, including details such as Pro, Pro Max, Plus, Ultra, or FE, to make sure the case fits correctly.

Made-to-Order Timing

Made-to-order timing depends on whether the phone case base and design components are currently available. We regularly keep case bases for iPhone 15 and newer models and Samsung Galaxy S22 series and newer models. Other phone models may need to be ordered specifically for your request.

Many of our charms and character figures are sourced from overseas to achieve the intended design. If a small number of supporting charms is unavailable, we may use carefully selected alternatives to keep the original theme, colour palette, and overall look consistent.


When all materials are available, your case can usually ship within 2 weeks. If the phone case base or a key design component needs to be sourced, please allow up to 4 weeks before shipment.
Designs featuring separately sourced collectible figures may require 4–6 weeks, as noted on the individual product page.

Submit the Check Availability & Production Time form on the product page. We’ll confirm availability and email you an estimated production time before you decide to proceed with payment.
